Ross Mitchell

Mr Mitchell joined Ithaca Energy as Head of Growth and Strategy in June 2021 before moving into his current role as EVP Business Development & Commercial in October 2024. Mr Mitchell has 17 years' experience working with leadership teams and boards of directors to define corporate strategy, drive growth, funding and operational solutions. This has been delivered at both independent oil and gas operators and advisory firms across industries. Prior to joining Ithaca Energy, Mr Mitchell previously held roles in the UK energy sector at NEO Energy and EnQuest Plc covering strategy, M&A, business development and corporate finance.
