Simon Taylor

Mr Taylor joined Ithaca Energy in October 2024 as EVP Exploration. Mr Taylor has over 20 years' experience working in health and safety in the oil and gas sector. Prior to joining Ithaca Energy, Mr Taylor was acting as global HSEQ director for Eni Energy UK (formerly Neptune Energy) having joined in March 2020 as Head of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality ("HSEQ”) (Global Projects and Engineering). Mr Taylor previously held senior HSEQ roles at Apache North Sea Limited.

Mr Taylor is a Fellow of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management, a Chartered Environmentalist and Chartered Energy Manager of the Energy Institute and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health.
